Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to love your SheBok moment, from mirror check to match day. If something’s not giving what it’s supposed to give, here’s how we sort it out (quickly, fairly, and with good vibes).
1) When we accept returns, exchanges and refunds:
A) Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items (our bad )
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ve got you.- You can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Please notify us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- After 14 days (up to 30 days), you can still request an exchange or store credit.
- Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was defective or incorrect.
- Return courier fees for defective/incorrect items are covered by SheBok.
- Proof of purchase is required.
B) Unwanted or Unsuitable Items (the fit’s just not it)
If there’s nothing wrong with the item but you’d like to return or exchange it:- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, and packaging intact.
- Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after delivery.
- After 14 days, we can offer store credit or an exchange.
- Return courier fees are your responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required.
C) Sale/Discounted Items (bargains come with boundaries)
Items bought on sale or during promotions can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective or not as described.- These must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on discounted items.
2) How to return an item:
To start a return, email us at support@shebok.online within the relevant time frame and include:- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos (if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect).
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the agreed refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
3) Items not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Items that are washed, used, worn, or altered.
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase.
- International orders (no returns or exchanges).
4) A few extra (very important) terms:
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Without proof of purchase, only store credit may be considered (and only for defective items).
- Any unauthorised alterations void return eligibility.
- During major sale events, returns will only be processed once the sale has ended.
- SheBok covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect products. All other return costs are paid for by the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item shows signs of misuse or excessive wear beyond reasonable use.
